  I love Cold Stone in terms of their ice cream... but I echo one of the previous reviews about customer service at this particular location.
  
  I tried to set up a catering service for a work event of about 25 people with them to have some fun and do something different to recognize the performance of my team. After physically going to the store location twice to try to inquire about it and calling numerous times over the course of a couple of weeks... the store manager (who apparently is never even at the store) didn't even bother to call me back or follow-up at all. It's now 2 weeks later, I still haven't heard from them and the date of the event I was planning has come and gone.
  
  BTW, first review of any business I've ever written anywhere... Just hoping the store manager somehow see's this and maybe he'll finally return my call!!
